The service is offered only to businesses, public bodies and other organisations acting for purposes related to their trade, business or profession. It is not offered to consumers. By placing an Order, you confirm that you are acting in that capacity, and that statutory rights that exist only for consumers (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts) do not apply.

The person accepting these Terms confirms that they are authorised to bind Customer. You accept these Terms by selecting the acceptance control presented with your order and completing payment. Submitting scoping answers alone does not purchase a test. A separate testing authorisation may be required before any interaction with your target.

Your electronic order consists of the scope summary, target identifiers, exclusions, package, fee, currency, applicable taxes and any delivery commitments shown for the purchase (the "Order"). These Terms and the Order form the agreement when payment succeeds and the order is confirmed. An individually signed agreement that expressly overrides a provision controls that provision; otherwise, the Order controls service-specific details and these Terms control general conditions. These AI Pentest Terms take precedence over conflicting general website or platform terms for this service.
